Blue Sierra "Sierra"
Sierra was born June 1999 so she is 9 this year. Her dam was a beautiful bay tovero paint and her sire a registered quarter horse with King bloodlines. She is a beautiful blood bay with dapples and has 3 high stockings, a blaze, and beautiful blue eyes. This girl is PRETTY! These pictures do NOT do her justice...she is a must see. She is halter broke, leads, ties, loads, trailers, etc. She loves attention, is easy to catch, and gets along with anybody. She isn't "mare-y" at all. She was broke to ride as a 3 year old but hadn't been ridden in 5 years when I got her. She is currently in re-training for riding. She has no buck, rear, or bolt in her. Coming along nicely! She is being ridden with a halter or hackamore and has great flexion and good brakes. Has a really nice walk. She would make a great, flashy trail horse. She has a great personality, while she is still a bit green, she would make a great kid's horse with a little more mileage. Make me an offer...the more training I put on her, the more money I'll need for her, so offer ear

Almond Joy "Joy"

Kats Driftn Tivio "Kat"
Babe (SunCat Jessie) had her filly June 12, 2008. The sire is Drifting Blue Tivio. She is a bay with a dorsal stripe. She may shed off a different color though. Her sire was born solid buckskin and shed off a buckskin/blue roan. She has one white sock on a front leg, a tiny spot of white on her lip and a few white hairs on her forehead. She has a cute dished face and is pretty shapey. These first two pictures were taken at 1 month old. This is one well-bred baby! She has greats such as Sonny Dee Bar, Versary Bars, Blondys Dude, Go Man Go, and Leo on her mom's side and Driftwood, Poco Tivio, Hancock, and Ed Echols on her dad's side!! Talk about barrel
or roping prospect! Kat is already an athlete and moves out smooth and quick. She is very graceful and fun to watch and what a beauty! $750
Pistols Poco Storm "Stormy"
Pistol had a very flashy loud bay roan tovero paint stud colt on May 31, 2008 at 4:00 am. He has beautiful blue eyes and great markings. His sire is Drifting Blue Tivio, he can be seen in his own section below. This colt is going to be so nice! He is strong and healthy and already has a great personality. He is very friendly and loves attention. I can call him and he will leave his mother to come to me. He loves to be scratched and played with. You can already touch and rub him anywhere on his body, legs, face, etc. He picks up all four feet with no problems. Picture above is at 2 week old. The rest of the pictures were taken at 1 week, 2 days, and about 1 hour old, it was only 5 am, so please forgive the quality...it was still pretty dark. NOT FOR SALE

Pistol Packing Zippo "Pistol"
Pistol Packing Zippo a.k.a. Pistol, is a 16 H, 1250 lb, 6 year old mare with performance, race, and halter bloodlines. Check out her awesome pedigree!! Pistol is bred to do anything, has perfect conformation and is very broke. She will spin a hole in the ground, stop on a dime, side pass, etc. She is an awesome all-around horse. She is suitable for any discipline...she moves like a dressage horse and is athletic enough to run barrels, rope off of or jump. She has more athletic ability than any horse needs, has great cattle sense, is well-started on barrels, high lopes with good turns, ready to be taken on and hauled. She is also started on poles as well. She has a kind heart. She has worked cattle and had a rope swung off of her. She is very cowy. She will track a cow with very little help. She has dragged heavy logs dallied to her saddle horn. She loves to pull and work. She is not spooky and is a wonderful trail horse. She goes wherever you point her. She has a competitive spirit and a willing to work attitude. She will ride western and english. She has a little experience in jumping and dressage as well as western events. She has siblings running barrels and roping in the rodeo circuit and doing very well. The first three pictures here were taken in May 06 and the fourth pic was taken in November 06. The other two were taken as a 3 year old. I have had her since she turned two and broke her to ride myself so I know everything about this mare. I also broke three of her siblings to ride, I ran barrels on her brother for years and he is now running barrels for a 9 year old girl and winning like crazy! I've ridden her mother as well. Her family is well-known to me and they are all really nice horses. She has been taken care of since day one and is up to date on all vaccinations and worming. She will bath, clip, shoe, load, trailer, etc. She has no vices or health/soundness issues. No holes whatsoever!
She was bred to Ikes Tivio, a Poco Tivio, Driftwood, Ed Echols stud, for an '07 foal. She had a very cute bay filly "Cricket" with a big blaze and three white socks on June 20th, 2007. This filly is extremely nice! She is built out the wazoo with muscle everywhere and lots of pizazz! She looks like a halter horse but has a performance pedigree...and boy, can she move! Great personality and spirit. Everyone, who comes to our place, comments on what a looker she is. She is the most friendly little filly I've ever been around. I think she will take after her mother. Her pictures are in her section below (Ikes Smokin Pistol). Pistol's '08 colt, "Stormy", is absolutely stunning! His section is above. Pistol is an awesome mom, she had no trouble concieving and no trouble foaling. She has plenty of milk and is a great broodmare. She is very tolerant of people being around her baby and will let you get between her and the foal. She just talks to her the whole time, telling her it's okay. She is protective of her around other horses but not overly aggressive. The perfect mare!!
I have decided to keep Pistol for now. I am going to get one more colt out of her...out of a purebred Fresian stallion! She is just too nice a mare--I keep talking myself into keeping her! :)

The pictures here were taken at a practice roping on November 5, 2007.
Cash Driftn Dude "Cash"
UPDATE: Cash is a gelding now and is halter broke and doing great! He will lead, stop, back, and tie up. He is a sweetheart and loves the attention. He will pick up all four feet and has been worked in the round pen as well. Great at natural horsemanship! He is one that will latch onto one person and do anything for that person. At 9 months old he is 52 inches (13 H).

This head shot was taken in January 08. Boogers Driftn Tivio "Booger"
Booger was foaled March 19, 2006. The picture to the right was taken in April 2007 as a yearling. Isn't he gorgeous?! He has grown quite a bit since then, I have a couple more recent pics posted below. He is a big 2 year old now. He is started under saddle, halter broke and picks up all four feet. This horse is as gentle and laid back as they come. He is fearless and kind. He loves attention and loves to be scratched. We bought him to be used for roping and barrel racing and possibly be a stud prospect. We decided to geld him as we have too many horses as is so he is a gelding. He has the looks and the pedigree to do the job. Check out his awesome pedigree!! He is solid bay, no markings and extremely stocky with great conformation. And he is going to be huge!! He has cow breeding on top and race breeding on bottom. He is a very pretty colt and has a cute head. He is sweet and he is easy going and easily trained. He only needed two days to learn how to lead and pick up his feet. He started riding like he'd done it before. He loads and unloads in the trailer and ties up and stands good. He longes like a pro and is very willing to learn. He is an extremely people oriented colt and will do anything to be rubbed on, he's very loveable. He gets along with other horses, goats, cats, dogs, and children. He should mature around 15.1 H and be very stocky. He looks like he's got halter blood in him, he's so built! He has a very personable nature and loves to please. This horse is going to be something really special and we will keep him happily if he doesn't sell. Once I get a few others sold, Booger will come off the market.
UPDATE: Booger has been getting ridden regularly, no buck or fight. He acts like he's done it a hundred times. He has been ridden in the arena and in the pasture and on trails. At almost 2 years old, Booger is already over 15 H and built like a freight train! He is being ridden with saddle and O-ring bit and also bareback in just a halter. He has also been hauled to different locations and arenas to ride and it makes no difference in his attitude. He is very gentle and even after months of no riding, a person can hop on and go ride, no problem. His training has become more consistant this spring and his price will increase accordingly. Booger was ridden by a 9 year old girl (she's been riding 1 year) bareback in a halter for his 7th ride and they got along great! Booger has been hauled to local shows and all the commotion of the show environment never phased him. He will ride in the confusion of the warm-up arena, as well as stand quietly while kids run their horses back and forth or those "crazy barrel horses" go running by sideways. This gelding is a gem!

We were planning on keeping this one for sure but have to cut back. Only $3500!!

RB Rocket Zip--SOLD--Congrats to the Mummas from MO!
Zip is a 7 year old registered paint gelding standing 16 H. He is a finished barrel horse. The picture to the right was taken early May 2007. With a competitive rider, he will run 1D, with a laid-back rider, he will run 2D. He is consistent and willing. He will walk in, make his run, and walk out on loose rein. He has been run in indoor and outdoor pens; small and large. He also knows poles and has been used for other things such as goat tying, flag racing, play days, and ranch rodeos. He enjoys working cattle. He has been headed and heeled off of. He is very cowy and really enjoys having a job to do. He is good in the box and can catch up with any cow, he rates good and knows where he's supposed to be. He has been used to pony colts around, teaching them to lead whether they weigh 300 pounds or 1000 pounds, he'll pull them. He also trail rides on loose rein. He is very broke, light and responsive. He can be ridden in a halter and it's just like there's a bit in his mouth. His pedigree is outstanding. His dam is a daughter of Jokers Bonanza: APHA champion, National champion barrel horse, open and amateur ROM earner with 16 halter pts., 35 open and 14 amateur performance pts. Her maternal grandsire is Zippo Souvenir (by Zippo Pat Bars AAA) race ROM sire and arena ROM sire with get that earned 166.5 pts. The good stuff about his dam goes on and on with many champions and AAA and AA racehorses. His sire is by Delta Getsya There: NCHA earner of $18,675, semi-finalist in 1991 NCHA Open Super Stakes, NCHA Cert. of Ability, APHA ROM cutting, 19 open cutting pts. He's by Doc O'Lena (enough said). Zip's paternal granddam is by Newsworthy (SI-93) a son of Rocket Wrangler (SI-97, ROM rade, Superior Race) and out of a Go Man Go mare. His good pedigree goes on and on. It's the who's who of cow and race.

$1000 (neg.)

*Both Bucky and Clover (his mom) belong to an elderly couple who have been having medical problems and must sell to pay for medical bills and because they are no longer able to take care of the horses. This is the only reason they are for sale.*
LM Cajun Clover Gold--POA and QP mare
She has good bloodlines...her dame is a granddaughter of Mighty Tim with high point halter and performance, grand and reserve champion halter, ApHC Champion sire and world/national champion sire. She traces to Beau Bonanza who was an AQHA champion, high point halter stallion, superior halter, arena ROM and 216 halter points/21 performance points. She also traces to Prince Plaudit (Plaudit and Joe Moore) who was a national champion sire and was in the ApHC Hall of Fame. Clover's sire traces to Arab Toswirah Alkhar numerous times which is one of the foundation sires for the POA breed.
This horse has a lot of potential, whether you are wanting something to ride or just a broodmare. She has proven to be a good mother (see Bucky above) and she has the intelligence and breeding to make someone a great riding horse.
